“You only find yourself when you disobey.” Guillermo Del Toro

Just some random poetry before schools starts.

GARDEN

Wild and tamed,

Wild and free,

She flew through the weeds and pranced by the water,

Across the river the trees grew and darkness engulfed her,

Wild and free,

Screaming, struggling, breaking free, running,

Feet slamming against the muddy path,

Thorns and vines dance around inviting her back,

But she’s gone,

She’s found her home.
